I'm a Prudence Trust Research Fellow at King's College London, Institute for Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I am based in the Stress and Development Lab.

My research focuses on preventing the onset and relapse of anxiety and depression.

Current projects

Prudence Trust Fellowship (PI)

I study how to improve the outcomes of current approaches to prevent depression and anxiety in children and young people.

Connect (PI)

I'm leading a small team funded by Wellcome for the Mental Health Data Prize. We're developing an RShiny app using Multi-Level-Modelling to explore social connection as an active ingredient for preventing depression and anxiety in adolescence.
